Radisson Hotel Schaumburg – Hotel near airport in Schaumburg

My stay at the hotel was really nice overall. The rooms were upgraded, with firm king-sized beds, a bigger TV, and a luxurious 2-person whirlpool tub. The service had a small hiccup with the reservation but was still good. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and just a couple of miles from the Woodfield Mall. The dining experience was decent, and the facilities were satisfactory.

The service, however, was a bit of a miss as they mixed up my reservation even though I didn't ask for a reservation number, relying on my name instead. The location was convenient, close to the airport, train station, and mall, with plenty of dining options nearby. The dining experience was a pleasant surprise with included homemade cakes. Although the facilities were satisfactory, the paid shuttle service stood out as an additional cost.
